WHAT DO I LOOK IN INTERVIEWING AND RECRUITING

  • hunger in their eyes (determine to go out and prove)
  • someone who's raring to go
  • people who believe in themselves and meritocracy
  • team players with little politics
  • humble and proving one's own ability
  • ability to adapt to change
  • innovators
  • dare to take risks and change the norms
  • adding extra value to the organization
  • all rounders
  • doers rather than talkers
  • academic credentials
