dear Sir, I very appreciate ur blog info, i'm a POM contractor, so long being in the industry, i found tht, lots of AM and so call engineer are very poor in managing a POM, now a day, ever a POM manager dun really knw the process of POM, they all very depend on foreman, however, a lot of very experience foreman was being under utilise either they retire, or keeping that in low position w/o promoting for long time due to their acadamy backgrd which i found is a very loss to POM ind. your fruithly info regarding POM process and very needed, pls keep it up to educate the current batch of unqualified ppl who running the POM....cheers

We cannot simply saying the young engineers now a very poor what is your base to talk about that ? i was a palm oil mill engineer before and i see all foreman was very poor in knowledge...and some manager was very poor in technical knoledge
